MS Windows: 30 years & still going wrong

O.K. so I knew Windows is a piece of crap, that the 'updates' are all corrections to code that is a hopeless jumble of stupidity, and that it is only a matter of time until the best maintained Windows will crash and burn your hard drive to dust.

I thought that was the worst of it - until I really started using Word '07. It can't even work with earlier Word dox - it starts, its beady little eyes cross, and then it locks up.

And that's only if it didn't assign some kind of security tag to the old files that means you'll never get into them.

No matter how MS spells it - Windoze, Word, IE or .com - it's s-h-*-t.

Go Mac. Go Sun. Go Linux. Go any OS that actually runs a computer.
